Runway = last continuous scheduled date − today. A missing day breaks the run and is flagged as a gap. All dates are stored as real calendar dates, so the runway counts itself down every day.

Team access

Add a member's email and role. They then open the site and use Create account with that email to set a password. Remove a row to revoke access.

Admins listed in the site's ADMIN_EMAILS always have full access, even if not shown here.

Data

Copy the current board as JSON (for backup or a spreadsheet), or import a JSON array to replace it. Admins only for import.

Per creator: name, manager, cycle, story{date,posted}, schedDates[YYYY-MM-DD], vault{photo,video}, profile{promo,bio,pic,banner}, content{available,reportedDate}, customs{created,completed}. Dates are real calendar dates.
